4/22 A plant doctor's checkup on tree health - James A. LaMondia , Ph.D, Plant Pathologist
Dr. LaMondia will describe some of the diseases, pests and stresses affecting trees in Connecticut as well as what can be done to improve the health of trees in our landscapes.
5/2 Enfield Garden Club Plant Sale, located on the lawn of the Enfield Senior Center
Selling plants grown in our Greenhouse, from our members' gardens, and more. 8 am-12 pm.
5/27 Small Meadows and Flowering Lawns - Diane St.John, NatureWorks
Diane St. John will talk about transforming a lawn into a beautiful flowering meadow.
6/24 Climate Change - Susan Quincy, CT DEEP, Kellogg Environmental Center
Susan Quincy will discuss how climate change is impacting Connecticut.

EGC Member, Joan Duggan, will lead us in creating a succulent planter.
10/28 Bats: Diversity and Conservation in Connecticut and Beyond - Devaughn Fraser, Wildlife Biologist, CT DEEP
Dr. Fraser will introduce the nine species of bat we have here in Connecticut, and discuss the methods used to monitor and protect these valuable members of our community.
